After graduating dental school from Detroit Mercy and a General Practice Residency at Denver Health Hospital, Dr. Daniel Briskie’s passion for surgery was clear. He had become proficient in all facets of surgery, including All-on-X implants, PRF/PRP, IV sedation, oral sedation, guided bone regeneration, vertical and lateral sinus grafts, bone block grafting, rescue implants such as zygomatic and ptyergoids, soft tissue grafting, prosthetics, and the entire full arch digital workflow.
Since combining forces with his business partner and friend Dr. Taher Dhoon, the practice has grown tremendously. In a very short time they went from performing a full arch case every month, to seeing at least one full arch patient per day. He has also led the way in incorporating complex surgical procedures, all the latest digital technologies, and a fully functional digital dental lab.
Dr. Briskie not only teaches the technical aspects of surgery and digital dentistry to GPs, but he also has a talent for positively impacting dentists’ passion for surgery and helping them achieve the confidence needed to incorporate dental surgeries in their own practices. As Dr. Briskie expands his clinical knowledge, his desire to teach and inspire others has become a priority. He is now traveling and teaching hands on full arch procedures and digital workflows to groups of docs all over the nation.
He also owns a dental lab and surgery specific marketing company. Dr. Briskie’s latest achievement is becoming an implant and surgical faculty member within the Dental Success Network, a group lead by Dr. Mark Costes. Dr. Briskie believes the most successful clinicians are humble and motivated individuals with a work-life balance to match. He enjoys the outdoors including hiking Colorado’s highest peaks, snowboarding, camping, and mountain biking.
