Mind
Mind is having a positive philosophy about the world and being able to deal with the stresses of life in a healthy way. The world is STRESSFUL, We’ve been around long enough to know that. When unexpected challenges arise, we need to be able to deal with them in a healthy way. Sometimes that may include gaining perspective about how small our troubles are compared to a mom raising her kids in a mud hut in Haiti, or a child scrounging for food in Ethiopia. The best way we have found to deal with this is to practice mindfulness and gratitude every day. We have also found that daily journaling of three things you greatly appreciate helps with maintaining a positive perspective.
