Mark Costes, DDS

Dr. Costes is an international keynote speaker and the founder of the Dental Success Institute, a company committed to helping dentists to achieve their full potential, while recapturing their passion for dentistry. Addison Killeen, DDS

Dr. Killeen is an author, speaker and coach in the dental world.  He is the Co-Founder of the Dental Success Network, has owned 8 dental practices, and is a coach at the Dental Success Institute.   He wrote the book ‘By the Numbers’, a guide to understanding the main numbers and metrics to run your dental practice more efficiently.  He currently is the Owner and Founder of Capital Dental, a startup in Lincoln, Nebraska that has grown from zero to $2.4M annual revenue in the first 12 months.   

Michael Lomotan

Like many other people, Michael was “dragged” into the dental industry by marrying a dentist wife.  With two practices in San Diego, Michael applied his 20+ years of corporate experience to help implement marketing, sales, technology, and analytics strategies to help streamline day to day operations and build a low overhead, high profit, boutique dental practice(s) with his wife. Michael started his career with the Human Genome Project before spending 20+ years in the biotech industry where he held various executive business development roles.  Michael has domain expertise in technology, assay development, lab asset management, and big data analytics.
