...Contact a faculty member?
First, locate and click Faculty on the navigation bar. Then, locate and click on which faculty member you would like to contact or learn more about. This faculty member’s profile will appear, and by clicking the Connect on Workplace button you will be redirected to their Workplace profile. There you will be able to send a private message, post on their wall, or read posts made by this faculty member!
...Navigate the Education Hub?
First, hover over the “Education” tab in the navigation bar. You will see two options, one for DSU Online CE and one for Webinars. DSU Online CE will direct you to courses (group of lessons that make up a course), while Webinars directs you to the previously recorded webinars. You can navigate between the two no matter which option you pick. Also notice the search function, which can be used to find videos that relate to your search/keyword. You can also filter by “Categories” or by a specific “Presenter” on the left hand side of the screen. By clicking on a course, you will be able to see the synopsis, educational objective, and the content within the course. By clicking on one of the lesson in the course you will be able to watch the video attached, as well as download any additional documents related to the course/lesson. Some courses have quizzes for CE credit attached after each video, while others have a quiz at the end of the course.
...Search and download documents?
First, locate and click on Document Library in the navigation bar. You will be directed to the document library where you have access to over 250 downloadable documents. If you are looking for documents within a specific category, you can filter the documents shown by selecting a category from above or on the left hand side. You will also notice a search function, which allows you to search for specific documents related to a keyword.
...View vendor discounts?
First, locate and hover over the “Vendors” in the navigation bar. By clicking Vendor Discounts, it will take you to a long list of all the DSN vendors. Notice the “Filter Vendors” and search function. You can filter the vendors by type, such as labs, or search for a specific vendor. By clicking on a vendor, you will see information about that vendor, including specifics on the discount given and a link to use that discount.
...Access DSI resources?
First, locate and hover over the “My Account” tab on the far right of the navigation bar. Then, click on DSI Resources to be redirected to the Elite MasterMind Handbook & Resources page that contains links to the elite mastermind workplace group, live events schedules, live zoom call dates, exclusive DSI content and downloadable documents, and so much more!

If you are unable to login, click the Contact Us button on the navigation bar and fill out the form. A DSN team member will reach out to help resolve the issue.
What to do if it says I am logged in as someone else?
First, try clearing your browser history. If the problem persists, fill out a Contact Us form and a DSN team member will reach out to help resolve the issue.
How do I cancel my DSN account? Reactivate it? Update payment method?
Members can cancel at ANYTIME. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the “Contact Us” form located anywhere on the site. All cancellation requests submitted 24 hours prior to invoice due date will be charged. However, Dental Success Network will refund the total invoice amount. Any cancellation request submitted over the weekend will be reviewed and processed the next business day. Refund Policy
All refunds are processed at DSN discretion excluding members who request to cancel membership within 24 hours of invoice due date. Members who have requested to cancel their membership within 24 hours of the invoice due date can expect a full refund. Refunds will not be processed to non-usage of the network.

Where can I find Online CE content?
Hover over the Education button in the navigation bar. Two tabs will show, one for DSU Online CE and one for Webinars. Both offer videos and quizzes for Online CE Hours.
Where can I find my CE certificates?
First go to My Account on the navigation bar. Then, locate and click on the section saying CE Certificates.
Haven't received tracking number?
Digital Operations Manual?
Why haven't I received my Operations Manual Bundle tracking number?
The Operations Manual Bundles are sent out every Thursday, and you should receive your tracking number the following Monday. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 7-10 business days, please fill out a Contact Us form and a DSN team member will reach out to help resolve the issue.
Where can I find the digital copy of the Operations Manual?
Click on the Home tab in the navigation bar, and locate the box that says “Download Ops Manual.” Click the button and you will be redirected to the google drive containing the digital Operations Manual. Or, click here -> Digital Operations Manual.
